Lower mainland/interior recommended tattoo artist for b&w detail work?

Curious who you guys would recommend for a large black and white tattoo with quite a bit of detail to it. Its going to be a sleeve from wrist to shoulder and spilling over a bit onto my back and across my chest slightly so its quite a large piece. But Im looking for a lot of detail. Something where even Im noticing new aspects of it with every angle I look at it.

I have the drawing completed already. Its a demented/twisted tree with a bunch of faces/eye balls etc in it. Some more hidden than others. The obvious work probably isnt too challenging to do but the fine detail work is what seperates mediocre tattoo from a great tattoo.

Heres the drawing for interest sake.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

ask celica girl and get her opinion on where she would recommend you to go on the mainland.

she would be our resident tattoo artist and midget..

i was definitely considering the dutchman. Price really isnt a factor for me as its going to be expensive no matter what. My arms are fairly long (im 6'4) and fairly large aswell so this sleeve is going to be atleast 15 hours work at the the very minimum Id think.

Hey you can come to my tattoo parlor but i haven't done a full wrist to shoulder piece in quite a while , if you are interested i charge around 170$ per hour with a minimum of 2 hours pay. Take a look at some of the pieces that i did the past few months.

Back of the head face , very detailed.

thanks im really looking forward to getting it done. Oddly enough I had my mom draw it up for me. Just told her the ideas I wanted and a few tries later she came out with that. Too bad she's never worked with a tattoo gun
