need a small favour from a computer whiz?

Hello, I am simply looking for an mp3 file of the sound when you receive a message on msn.
it will need to be cut so that there is almost no silence before and after the sound, in the file.

Actually using it for my Blackberry Messenger alert, I find it neat and clever :)
