Where can I get glow-in-the-dark stuff in the lower mainland?
 
Does anyone know where I can get glow-in-the-dark paint/food colouring/accessories in the lower mainland?

but I don't think glow in the dar food colouring tastes very good

you can probably get glowsticks and those bracelet things are the dollarstore.

Glow in the dark food colouring though? thats pretty crazy, let me know if you find out where you can get them!

isn't there a party/costume supply store near 4th and cambie...or in that general area?
i'm not sure what it's called but you can easily look it up via the yellowpages
