WTB: S2000

Hi,

I want to buy a S2000. Preferably red interior. Willing to pay $14k, plus or minus $2k, depending on condition.

i think 12-16k is a lil too low for a good condition s2k....cuz if the km is high then you need to spend another 5k on rebuilding the engine...i will just add lil more and stay with low km s2000.

I am not a S2k expert. Here's the question for the S2K owners/experts. What's a good condition S2k? What's a bad condition S2k?

Just want to know that, how much kms you will need to rebuild the engine?
I am also thinking of getting a S2000.

Thanks :)

its going to cost you at least 3 to 4 g with parts and labor to rebuild the engine i believe. might as well just add that money to the budget and get one in good condition with low kms on it

get clicks on ave by year or lower (prolly not in that price range), no accident, not a US import, no leaks, meet the owner, and 100k maintenance done and ur set

REplay66 06-30-2009 11:54 PM

i would spend the extra few grand, and get a mint one. the cheaper ones are always that way for a reason lol
but mileage isnt that big of a deal, one s2k with 70k may be more trashed than one with 100+

GL with the search
