This is a long shot, but does anybody on RS still have one of these kicking around? If so, I need a BIG favour. Thanks!

If it's not too much trouble, an image of the first 32768 clusters (ie 16MB) of your Jukebox HDD, which contains the OS. The HDD in my unit died and I just found out the hard way that you cannot just plunk in a new HDD and have it start right back up.

i threw my away after my HD died.
i just threw away my box with s/n last night, sorry.
FYI, save ur trouble, get a new mp3 player.

i gave up only listening to mp3, everyone has video now when they are on the airplane

OH BABY.

Found a copy online, after a few days of digging! Revived the Jukebox and also upgraded the HDD to 20GB! :D
