another thread on where to camp

trying to plan a camping trip with some friends. Does anyone know where theres a nice place to camp, where you are allowed to drink liquor, walk on the beach, use foul language and don't have to keep it down after 11 pm. we arn't that rowdy lol, just want a camp site without a lot of restrictions.
