Im sure i would of done the same thing, but prolly not chase him down all cause of a few bottles next time just keep a bat handy cause A. you can throw that shit at a crackhead at a fair distance, B. you can shove that shit in his wheel and the bitch will flip, C. just beat the shit out of him regardless. When my car got broken into a few years ago i camped out my garage because he kept breaking into my car 2 weeks in a row, too bad i didnt get him tho atleast i tried:)

It seems like you clearly did a number on the guy. atleast from what you've described. You can't go around assuming that all crack heads break into ppls houses or that specific crack head was the one that broke into your buddy's truck/house.

People have to learn to treat other human being like other human beings. Hes not an animal. After what you did to him and that whole "principle of matter".. it wouldnt suprise me if he comes back to vandalize your property.

In the end whats worse: taking someones empty water container/bottles? Or a man who assualts a crack head?

where do you draw the line between when its OK to punish somebody? does he have to threaten to destroy your car before you raise fists? what about if he threatened your property? pet? family members? everyone has the right to their own opinion. this man walked onto somebody elses property and stole something, enough reason to beat him to a pulp if you ask me. you dont just accidentally stumble upon 3 crack rocks worth of canadian spring bottles in front of somebodys door in their property.

TRDood 06-30-2009 08:02 PM

he could easily have an infected needle and you will be FUCKED

G-spec 06-30-2009 08:06 PM

I'd be mad if that happened to me too, you have every right to be mad, but you underestimate the power of a crack head bigtime. Though he seemed harmless after you whopped his ass, you gotta know he won't feel the same when he's high as fuck.

I used know a few dealers and they'd tell me the craziest fckin stories about what they would get crack heads to do for them, they'll do literally anything for crack, including running into a best buy ripping a laptop off a stand and running out for $20 worth of crack, lol... true story, they got so much good, shit from crackies, electronics, etc....

Crack heads are capable of almost anything, cuz they got nothing to lose, and that equation multiplies to the power of 10 once they're high out of their mind.
And this specific crack head knows just where you live dude..... I'd be on the look out for a while, word of advice

Props on the G-Unit line when under such stress.

fliptuner 06-30-2009 08:11 PM

I'm really happy to hear you went after him and did something about it. Luckily you and your neighbor were home and the guy will think twice about coming back, knowing the community won't stand for that shit.

124Y 06-30-2009 08:13 PM

It's the principle of the matter alright...but you could have handled the situation in a way that doesn't involve physical assault. Call the cops and let the law punish him, instead of deciding on your own that he deserves a beating.

Nvasion 06-30-2009 08:16 PM

sucks cuz he knows wehre you live and he has nothing to live for.

NSX 06-30-2009 08:17 PM

Yea, definately not the brightest thing to to. Admitting online to assaulting someone and for something so little. As stated above, one needle could change everything.

I mean, if someone is in the progress of breaking into your car or fighting you or robbing you for the water, then it's warranted. I would definitely detain the guy with force if he smashed my window....deposit and all. Theres a difference between getting your things back forcefully and assaulting someone. You cant choose to dish out street justice and talk "principle" at the same time.

Did he try to run WITH the water? Or did he drop it/give it back , then ran?

I'd probably do the same thing. I just found it kind of funny that the dude got beat up over 3 water bottles :mamoru:

...so, you'd call the cops and wait there for 10 minutes for them to arrive because a guy stole 3 empty water bottles?
:haha: <--- might be the person on the line

actually swear to god thats the way it went down. He even said I get a free shot in his face and I didn't take it

ajax 06-30-2009 10:51 PM

those bottles are expensive! fuckin bums steal anything!

XxFcukxX 06-30-2009 11:20 PM

you could have gotten some shit if you touched him.... should have used a bat or something

MDMA 06-30-2009 11:51 PM

i totaly understand the op's point, i had a run in wit a hobo before 2 except he was standin by my side dooor of my house wit a keyring that had like 40 diff keys trying to open my door, i looked thru my bedroom windwo grabbed my baton, snuack around the back and gave that guy a good whoopping from my front driveway all the way up the street, never saw em in the area after that.

Presto 06-30-2009 11:55 PM

I'm with the OP. You cannot give crackheads any slack or they will just keep doing what they do.

SoulCrusher 07-01-2009 12:04 AM

Im with the Op on this one. Someone tried to wrong you, you went after them. I see absolutely nothing wrong there. Its more about the principles than the value of the bottles. The pussys here that are criticizing you are the type that probably cant defend themselves. And to them, i pose this: had a crackhead broken into your car and you saw them running off with your stereo, how would you react?

you 07-01-2009 12:05 AM

hahaha best story i've heard all week
good job op

murd0c 07-01-2009 12:18 AM

thanks guys, at first I was suprised about the response but I guess thats from people who are too glued to their comptuer and that are not used to the real world :p

hk20000 07-01-2009 12:22 AM

I still think taking his pants would be better.

In_MODeration 07-01-2009 12:32 AM

props to murdoc. if it werent for the anger fueling, id be pretty scared man.... what if the crackhead had a weapon/dirty needle on him? u never know-they got nothing to lose remember?
