Meh.

Ganguro style is actually quite hot depending on the girl who pulls it off. Think of Ganguro like the Lululemon trend. It only looks sexy depending on who wears it and how a girl pulls it off; but unfortunately, there are a lot of girls out there that should have no business sporting it are wearing it.
