I have a signed CD where the autograph is fading away pretty quickly, I'm wondering where can I go locally to get it touched up?

You do realize there are hordes of fanboys that would probably kill for your experience (just bumping into them in LA). That, or you're lying and you were stalking them in the 2-3 days they were here for AnimeExpo 
Either way, I'd go get some clear acrylic spray and clear-coat that. For sure you don't get a signed Morning Musume CD everyday, fan of them or not.

I was in LA already for about a week before i ran into them. I got better shit to do then go to an anime convention lol
