Autoplan Ownership Transfer
 
Does anyone know of a good place in/near Metrotown to transfer ownership of a vehicle as well as do insurance at night (6-8pm)?

There should be about three Autoplan places per block around there, any of them are "good".

You can fill the forms out yourself by getting them ahead of time and then bringing them back when Autoplan is open.
