Reason for selling:
There is a more likely than not chance that I will be re-offered a position as a full-time articling student at my CA firm at the end of the summer. It is time for me to start saving for my dream car, therefore not needing two sports car.

Most of the modifications were done as at April 14, 2009 ($1,983.66) and some more at May 25, 2009. Receipts available for supporting documentation.

Engine:
- Exedy Racing OEM Replacement Clutch and pressure plate (less than 5,000kms)
- Racing Beat Stainless Steel Clutch Line

Suspensions and Footworks:
- Brembo Blank Brake Rotors (Front and Rear)
- Hawk HPS Pads (F + R)
- Russel DOT Stainless Steel Brake Lines

- BBS 15" Mesh Rims (came stock on the rx7 convertible)
- BF Goodrich G-Force Sport Tires staggered (205's Front, 225's Rear) ~ 95-90%
- 4-Wheel Alignment and Tire Balance (from OK Tire)

- KTS SC Damper Coilover system 9K/7K (~$1400) purchased new, imported from Japan
- Racing Beat Camber Adjuster
- MazdaTrix Front Strut Tower Bar w/ Firewall Brace and Engine Torque Brace

Misc/Maintenance:
- Mazdatrix High Performance Ignition Spark Plug Wires
- NGK 4 Spark Plugs (Trailing + Leading) ~10,000kms
- Replaced almost all vacuum hoses
- Replaced O2 Sensor from Rotary Performance
- Replaced the 4 engine belts
- Replaced pulsation damper ($164 from Wolfe Mazda);
Preventative Maintenance
- Improve grounding wires by cleaning and adding additional grounds

In summary:

- This is a mint condition car for original condition on the market
- A lot of maintenance has been completed (clutch, brakes, suspension)
- All parts purchased are of high quality, OEM, and recently purchased
- Parts were purchased in mind of circuit racing, and from my knowledge this car has not been drifted
