i owned an 06 lancer rally, i think stock was 120hp... my buddy told me that i wasnt able to get power out of my car. its true, you can get exhaust, intake but doesnt give much. if you want power, youd better off getting the ralliaart version of the lancer which starts at 174 hp or an evo. if you want to keep your lancer, it will be more work, mods and $$$ to give it more HP.

now i feel like my cars a piece of shit lol... well.. what i was thinking was.. alot of people told me just to sell my car.. and get evo or something.. but i figure i would be spending about an extra 12 grand to get an older evo which i cant afford..... so I came to a conclusion... I'll Just put a stupid amount of money slowly into a car most other people wouldnt.. the problem is.. i dont know where to start... thats why im on here asking questions .. tryin to get educated...

how about starting with custom exhaust system and cold intake?

Basics for more hp are exhaust headers, cold air intake (i suggest AEm or Fujita), computer reflash ( more aggressive timing and different air/fuel mixtures)

you can get a catback exhaust but imo it doesn't really provide more power just noise and appearance, the headers would give more power that you can feel

If you want to spend more then camshaft and intake manifold

and if you have about $5000-7000 to spend on it then turbo kit
