I have this same problem sporadically on ch 14 late at night

feelthesunrise 07-08-2009 07:33 PM

this has been happening for me since the beginning of this year every time hell's kitchen was on.

haymura 07-08-2009 07:45 PM

has anyone actually tried contacting shaw regarding this matter? it seems it happens to a lot of ppl there would be at least one complaint already.

underscore 07-08-2009 08:06 PM

had that several times yet never cared about fox enough to complain to shaw

happened last night and tonight on 28. on regular analog cable.

It's been happening pretty frequently on standard cable. I've noticed it for the last week now. I'm not sure if Shaw is still swapping the FOX signals for the ones on Channel 8 since they usually have the same show on at 6 (The Simpsons). Otherwise, it could be on the FOX end since that digital switch...

It's been happening with FOX on TelusTV, as well.

It was actually fun as hell watching a green screen, then a black screen with a counter every few seconds. I spent almost 15 minutes watching it.

God I have no life.

Ask Ch28 why he's not broadcasting...

I've had the same thing happen with a couple channels with Novus but I get a message on my tv saying there's possibly some outages while they upgrade to digital signals or something like that.

Ikkaku 07-08-2009 10:51 PM

damn it, it keeps happening during family guy and two and a half men

KingDeeCee 07-09-2009 09:56 PM

Wow. Happened again today. Was trying to watch the Simpsons and it bugged out in 10 seconds. This was around 5:00. It's not any better on the HD channels either -.-

Big.Xero 07-10-2009 09:16 AM

yeah i've noticed this now too, same time as everyone else says. 6pm to 7pm it'll cut out and say no signal.

skyxx 07-12-2009 09:38 PM

It's affecting all television providers. I got so fed up with it I just started watching Family guy and Simpsons on other channels like Global and stuff.
