Fat is the new Normal. Can't customers start suing retailers who mislabel? I'd be pissed if I bought a jacket online that turned out way too small because of this.. |

lol me 2 gained 5 - 7 pounds in the last 2 months. I had zero exercise besides dragon boating practice once a week and now even that's over... Getting fatter every day soon my POS won't be able to get me around town nemore... Now i know why i have a broken shock absorber... |

fat people can think they aren't fat all they want... at the end of the day, i sure feel damn good about myself putting in my 4-5 days a week at the gym and rarely eating fast food or junk food, and knowing i'm in great shape, with way better self esteem, more healthy, better looking, a better fuck, more capable at everything in life, will probably live longer, and (according to a few recent recearch papers) have a much better chance at success in my life. infact, when Im on my way home from a good workout at the gym, and I see a fat persons fat ass sitting in the Mcdonalds drivethru, I dont even need to make jokes about them to make myself feel good. I feel great already. |
I went down from 220 to 160 in 2 years. I gave up all junk food and started by walking on the treadmill, to jogging and now running 4.5km's in 30 mins every single day. So it is possible to lose weight no matter how fat you are and build a solid routine. |
