take time away for yourself after you are done classes for the day. Even if you have a lot on your plate, you need some time to dissociate yourself from what you have been absorbing for the past 8 hours. As other suggested, go for a walk, read a mag, go watch the tube, go have sex with your SO, whatever it takes to make time for yourself.

I have recently found that the farther you go in your post secondary career, the motivation and the want to study comes naturally, especially when you think about how you are being effected both personally, mentally and financially.

For me, i am currently working on my Masters degree. Just got back into it after taking 3 years off to work, make money, and enjoy life. Even though im having a hard time getting back into the studying groove, i am enjoying my field of study, AND, i know the sacrifices i have made to put myself through this and i dont want to fail and/or disappoint myself and/or others.

good luck in your journey.
