why is it that all the honda guys love street racing so much but people with way higher horsepower cars tend to "restrict" themselves a little better with SMDs and bumfuck areas??

If you can't install non OEM parts, what about wheels? bodykits?
Is it OEM only on the engine?
So you can't even change like an Air filter?

Don't cops here typically use their own cars as roadblocks?
Seems so irresponsible to use innocent civilians' vehicles as a roadblock
and making ppl go through all the trouble

well they do rolling roadblocks by slowing down traffic or getting help from tractor trailers to block the highway... but nothing like this :o
