CoastDrift is hosting its first annual BC Day Bash, featuring the Campus Nissan/Honda Car Show, Live onstage entertainment (including a headline performance by Sweatshop Union), and Round 3 of the BC Drift Championship Series.

Overall/public schedule
7-10: Load-in
10:30: Gates open
11-3:30: Primary car show component. Various show/on-stage attractions.
3:00: car show trophy presentation
3:30-5:00ish: Drifting Qualifying.
5:15-5:45: Opening performance by Sweatshop union
6-7:30ish: Drifting Top 16
7:40-9: Drifting trophy presentation followed by headline stage performance by sweatshop union.
9-10: Load-out

Show Schedule
7-10: Load-in/registration for vendors, show cars, and drifters. All entrants MUST be in position and set up by 10:30. Please allow yourself ample time. Once the gates open, vehicles WILL NOT be allowed to move.
10:30 am: Gates open to public
3:00 pm: Car show trophy ceremony.
3:30-5:00: Optional show load-out. We encourage all our participants to stay and enjoy the rest of the event. This is primarily for those who must catch a ferry or have other engagements. Please arrange for optional load out in advance.
9pm: Load-out


Pre-Registration Details
Show Car: $20
Car Club: $15/car (5 or more cars)
Vendor Booth: $50 (shops, magazines, etc.)
Special/other: Please contact us for details (food vendors, larger space requirements, dealerships, etc.)

Vendors, this event will be aggressively promoted with a full on advertising campaign. This campaign will include a high repetition radio campaign, print advertisement, and geographically targeted online ads. We are expecting an excellent turn out and this is the perfect opportunity to get your name/product out in front of a large crowd. I highly recommend registering as EARLY as possible. High traffic/desirable vendor space will be on a first come first serve basis (except in the case of event sponsors).
