1. His card would have declined with such a large amount.
2. The till would not allow such a big number, our only allows 6 digits.

open a account at any US bank, they will give u a debit card with VISA logo. it can therefor be used as a visa, complete with exp date and 3 digit security pin at the back and also u can put it into a Intrac mach. and get money out.

visa-debit card. like having a visa tied directly to ur chq'in account
