i always peeled from the other end, but recently i prefer peeling from the stem, i think the banana comes out a lot cleaner that way when u start eating.

opening it from the stem has 2 advantages.

1. you dun have to deal with those stringy things on the side.
2. there's this little "thingy" on the end with be stuck on the peel.

i use a knife...i hate the tip of the banana because it is black on the end LOL

That Tshirt one is pretty tricky. Anyone figure out how you whip the shirt around? It seems to *almost* work but my shirt ends up twisted (so I have to change my grip on each hand after this move) and not perfectly smooth like the video.
