Alpine W505 questions

I recently got a W505 off a friend, and being used there's no manual. So I searched on line and alpine website for the parking brake is well complicated lol.

Most of the double din's I have before was as simple as grounding the parking brake wire.

So I searched online, and most say I need a box called "TR-7" do I need that? Or is there a way to cleverly wire up the wires.

thanks

sorry to come out noob-ish my 1st alpine deck... been using Pioneer but I got this for such a good deal I could not give it up :D

Forewarn you now, if you've never done it before it's kind of a pain in the ass to program. :p
