Agreed. Driving while prohibited is more than a simple ticket... Its also an arrest, a report to crown counsel and a crown lawyer presenting the case.

once the JP asked me how much i can afford, got a 60 dollar ticket reduced to 5 dollars. plead your case, they are very reasonable if you are in a tight bind with money and stuff.

thought id update.

decided to plead not guilty for fail to stop for police and guilty for speeding.

fail to stop for police got dismissed: no evidence

speeding got reduced to $100.
