what ad blockers do you use?
 
I have IE8...and want to block all flash ad, google ad, and other well known ad servers. Any ideas?

with the Firefox adblock ad-on, they block out like 90-95% of the ads :)

With the LastXP installation, it has an option of adding a .host file with all the domains of known advertisers. The list is quite extensive. I also use No Script, and it works great for blocking the popups and other sketchy stuff.

I use Safari Adblock, click to flash for killing ads and flash.
Then there is Inquisitor for the search, which is way faster than glims.
