Plastic piece that you screw only the inside of the shift knob and you thread to the shifter. PK-EK うに Join Date: Apr 2008 Location: / Posts: 1,312 Thanked 1,008 Times in 402 Posts Failed 136 Times in 68 Posts	i'm not sure if it will fit an IS300 but i have an old Razo shift knob and it has the adapter piece on it, all i know is that it fits Honda
