Does anyone know how to shrink a CA shirt with platinum rhinestones? is it even possible?

I dint buy a smaller size because the small was way to small and the medium was just a bit long.
yellow power, dont call me a nub LOL, if you the rhinestones on CA is held by glue, what happens when you heat glue? the stones will fall off.

That would be the best way to do it without worrying about damaging it in the dryer.
