messed up one of my tires.. looking for single replacement or a set.

hey,
i've a used 215/45/17 michelin, it's off a VW GTi.
I'm not sure if it's a M4 or V4.
Not sure about tread, i've got one puncture and replaced the pair, so I've a good one left.
$80 yours !
