What's the GTA equivalent of RS?

Now that I'm a permanent Toronto resident, I'm in search of a RS equivalent for the GTA. Anybody have a link? I've googled but the ones I've found don't seem to have much traffic.

There is no other site as awesome as RS for any local community.

at the same time, since your an onterrible now, you may as well just kill yourself

or buy a house for 100k that would cost 600k here. Up to you

yeah, they have SOME, but unlike Vancouver everything is at least that price
In Vancouver, you cannot find a HOUSE for less than $600,000.
My old house in S. Van is valued at ~$600,000. maybe less, probably not more. My parents bought it for $135,000 like 15 years ago...

It is 2600 s/ft. standard lot.
older house, older than the Vancouver special;

^ Vancouver special just an FYI

my old house is not fancy or elaborate and it's still at least half a million to buy... and it's like that all over Vancouver.

In T-dot you can still find houses for $300,000. probably not $100k but $300k still. you can't find a house in VanCity for $300k

at least i dont' think so, please correct me if i'm wrong.

Yup move further out of vancouver if u want an affordable house, my area is a mil minimum for a 30+ year old house...

But i'd still rather pay the property tax and the high prices than live in ontarihole...

I believe the reason why Vancouver houses are so expensive is because of the land. For the same amount of money for a house in Vancouver, you can get a much bigger and nicer house in Richmond.

but fuck richmond it's full of ricers.

seriously though, I brought up the onterrible comment cuz my parents house which they paid $120k for in 1986 is worth almost 800k now in our market, and could be bought in onterrible for less that $150k for the same lot and house, minus the amazing view we have heh.

I wish I was making this up, but I have a bunch of friends from out there who let me in on why the hell they were all out here in the first place ( there's a reason why houses are cheaper than cars out there, hopefully you don't find out why)

depends what part of richmond. to get a newer nice house in upper richmond will cost you at least 1m. richmond lots are big tho.. 80x120 is pretty common.
