I don't know. I wouldn't consider those unmarked Crown Victorias as Ghost cars.
Its quite obvious when you see a crown vic. more than likely its a police cruiser. It even has a badge on the trunk that says "POLICE INTERCEPTOR"

But then I saw a Chrystler Sebring the other day at the Oval. Cuz there was some guy on Cocaine there, cops came to arrest him, and they were undercover cops, in a Chrystler Sebring, with no tint what so ever. Watch out for a Beige/Gold Chrystler Sebring.

I was followed around in richmond by an Arson Van, Not sure what u call them, just some old chevy vans that they use, and it has sirens, and this guy decided to do a u turn in front of me and the van behind me lit up, but didn't go after the guy, scared the shit out of me cos everyones going 60 and u really can't tell from the front
