This guy that OP posted just acts retarded relying on his actions and facial expressions to be funny, but fails.
What he says isn't even funny, he doesn't even use accents, and his imitations of his parents or whatever aren't even realistic to any extent. (as in his parents talk exactly like how HE would). No personality change = bad impression.
