something tells me he/she is one of those drivers that throws the car into "park" without using the ebrake, and what happened is the catch pin snapped so the car rolled.

This reminds me, some Benz SUV parked at the entrance of Well Tea except he didn't park directly in the middle like that. That was a couple of months ago. I didn't realize until when I had to leave and I wondered why the entrance is so narrow and can only fit one car lolz...
