I don't see how the truck is stuck on the center island.
I've seen a truck run over a car, they have way more than enough power to drive over that island.
The dump truck, now that is a truck driver at their worst.

ive seen a try to back up into a save on foods, to have its cargo stay legs get stuck on the concrete...so it couldnt back up or go forward
