911fanatic vs Harley

This writeup differs from most of mine as when I got to the clients it was already clean. I had just QD'd it a week ago ( I wipe it down after EVERY time it goes out) and it hadn't been out since but the owner was putting it away for the season as he had just taken delivery of his Scfeamin' Eagle. He wanted it tiddled up for storage. I just got my new Nikon D60 so took a bunch of pics just playing with the camera.

I started by wiping the bike down again with Poorboys Spray and Gloss
All chrome was polished with Raceglaze Glass and Chrome Polish - a new product from our friends across the pond. Simply wonderful.
All chrome was sealed with Blackfire All Metal Sealant. Using this over the $$ GCP leaves the chrome with a deep look, not really shiny.
All paint was finished with Raceglaze 55 - I haven't used this in a while and had forgotten how much I like it.

Thats it, nice and simple. Beautiful way to spend the afternoon.

Has anyone used anything that will safely remove baked on road tar? I tried Tardis and it did nothing. Some lacquer thinner in an inconspicuous area failed to do the job as well.
