Just graduated from BCIT
 

i just graduated from BCIT's Entrepreneurship program. I am confused on what to do after summer is over.

I think i want to continue my education especially with how difficult the job market is right now.

I know I can transfer some of my credits to SFU. What are my other options?
I think it is bs to do another 4 years of school but I want to obtain a bachelors and then a MBA, if anyone has any experience with this, please help me out.

Also. will I be able to go to any other university's in Canada and be able to transfer credits over? or do I have to start out fresh again.

Hey, I graduated from Marketing Communications just now. I decided to go to SFU and get my degree there instead of BCIT; I feel I'll be able to get a better well-rounded education. Your other options are going to Royal Roads University in Victoria or continuing BCIT's BBA program which transfers to other universities such as UBC and SFU should you choose to pursue an MBA. Both Royal Roads and BCIT's BBA are 1 year long programs, however, at Royal Roads I believe you will go to school for one full year (that means you'll be in school during summer). Although these options may sound appealing, I'm not sure if you're still able to apply for the Fall semester.

Royal roads is not a bad option. I gradded from BCIT last year but begun work just before my grad ceremony and currently at my second company since then. Even if I get to choose again I'd still be working. I do want to pursue a further education but in a few more years.

I won't be doing it at BCIT as I didn't believe they did that well of a job overall (don't get me wrong it taught me a lot, but a lot of self-learning). Some of my friends went to royal roads where they thought it was a good way to get a BBA but the comments were the same, which was the program was exactly the same as our 2 years at BCIT. So if you're only looking for the degree go for it, but if you're like me who really wants to learn and understand I suggest other options.

If you finished with a 75% or greater average then you can transfer directly over to SFU (thats for business). I believe UBC has similar options. But as for the other universities in Canada I believe they only select courses in which they find equivalent to transfer.
