You can't really see the stain, but when you touch it you can definitely feel the dry paint !!! :(:(:(:(:(

Is it latex or enamel and how long has it been there?

Not the seats, the paint. Is the paint latex (water based) or enamel (oil based) ?

oh... oil based lol i'm such a dumbass,

It's rust paint so i'd assume oil

Good luck with that! Fresh latex is not too bad as its water based but I would think you would need at the very least some mild mineral spirits (very weak paint thinner). I'd be worried about damaging the seat though. Maybe best to leave it alone.

yeah, it's not so bad, you can't really see it, and ricers only care about visuals,
Quick solution would be a racing seat :haha: or a beaded seat cover :P
