Thats enough to take you roughly 150km, which should be enough to find a gas station. |
whats the price right now? i think last time i went down it was 2.99/gallon. |
Near the border I believe it was 2.99-3.00. I went to Marysville(outlet area) to fill up and it was "2.85 9/10" |
I was in the states yesterday.. It was more expensive than I thought it would be, IIRC, it was like 3.06 by the border |
Well the border is usually more expensive. Nonetheless it's still cheaper than the price in Canada. |
do they even have 94? |
no 94 in the states. how to convert USD/gallon to CAD/L? - USD/3.78 = USD/L, then price x current exchange rate. this should get you a rough idea on how much gas is compared to the displayed prices right now. |
91 @ $3.25/Gal the best shit at your regular pump around here. There's a "special" gas station that has 104, but they charge $5-7/gal. |
What station is this? And where? PM me if you dont wish to share. |
Filled up yesterday Unleaded Regular for $2.89 / Gallon at an Arco store by Bellingham:) |

can anyone confirm if the shell near kwantlen in richmond is cheating my wallet? i paid $67 to fill up but it only should cost 55$ from empty to full |

Next time pay them exactly $11.3 (or however much gas is that day... $11.3 calculated for 1.13/L) and see how many Liters that gives you. It should be an even 10L. |

meh i hate going down to the states to get gas just because of the possibility of getting stopped and searched. I went down last week, customs officer checked my car for like 10 minutes on the spot, and then sent me to the side to get searched. Not to mention I had to wait in an hour line up inside the office BEFORE they searched my car. All just to save $15. |
I don't know who purposely goes down there for gas. If they do then that's pretty stupid. Go down there because you actually have something to do there not because you want cheap gas. Oh and it depends on how you converse with the officer when you cross the border. I always head down there with no issues. Posted via RS Mobile |
I live near the border, and go down a fair bit usually to shop. How do you converse with the officer? I just answer their questions politely and cooperate whenever I'm asked to open my trunk, or turn off my vehicle. |

If they DO happen to ask you to open your trunk and turn off the car, you should refuse and make them ask you AT LEAST three times before you actually do what you are told. Then when they tell you to step out of the vehicle and put your arms behind your back, resist arrest until they break out the taser. |
