lol this place is horrible. like bcrdukes said the service/parking was horrible. The decor looks like a carbon copy of all the other yogurt places too.

Try Scoop froyo on W4th, small modest place. Not another retarded imported franchise from the states.

There are no Pinkberries in Canada. It's only in New York, California, Texas, and Kuwait.

I don't know how much "service" you need to order frozen yogurt. If you can read a sign you just pick and choose LOL

I don't know about you but if the person behind the counter can barely comprehend the simplest of command such as "I'd like a..." and fails to get what you ordered while standing there smiling and giggling, that, in my humble opinion sir, is bad service.

are you sure you went to the right place?

i went today at about 5pm and it was pretty quiet.
the two girls offered samples and was still happy to serve us when i presented the "one free small yogurt" coupons (x2).

i added toppings for extra $$ and it was pretty good! i liked it better than gelato places. yes, parking is horrible!

Yeah i dont see why you guys complain so much at a frozen yogurt place. After all the people are making like $8-9/hr, i wouldn't expect that much for customer service.

There were people walking back and forth. Two indecisive girls were running around and there was noticeably little to no room to move around.

Wow whats with the hate?

I've been to Tuttimelon a lot of times and enjoyed my visit there.

The yogurt tasted good and service is up to par if not better than other yogurt/gelato joint I've been to.

I don't really understand how there is not enough room to move around. How much room do you need? :confused: lol.


Btw, love their new Mango flavor! Go try it out if you haven't.

are you saying that if you opened up that business and your employees were giving less than 100% to your customers...you'd be satisfied? happy even that they are giving your customers a half assed service just because it was a "frozen yogurt place?" customer service shouldn't be based on how much they are paid if the business is striving to succeed. i've seen employees at mcdonalds do a better job than some people at 5 star restaurants. yes it may just be a froyo place but it doesn't excuse bad customer service.

Went there last night after Cattle Hot Pot and tried some of my friends' mango and green tea gelato, and I've got to say that the flavours were quite impressive.

I just went back last night with 2 buddies - kind of busy but the green tea yogurt is a pretty decent alternative to the usual flavours.
