Not sure if this is true but it would be interesting to see someone dispute this in court.

i heard the same thing.

Tell your friend to take "spotted photos of you" then either you make a new account or him( if he has one already, great!). Then post it in the spotted forum. VOILA!!!!! :thumbsup:
