i went to the seymour forest today. holy shxt its such a long park (10km) and there are up and down hills but its pretty challenging, i was scared of some down hills, really fast speed, and going up hill sucks.
thanks ham sup. i had a good workout today, spend like 2 hours there to finish the path

gonna try white rock sometime next week

btw is it by white rock beach?

2 hours? I was out and back in just over an hour my first time, and think I could go faster now that I know just how fast the downhills are.

That trail is so much fun on blades!

FlyNvBaller 08-24-2009 09:45 PM

do you really need to wear protective gear to do this? lol i know you should but is it necessary? Ive taken off my brakes and dont have any protective gear but would love to go full speed on those trails.
