*Most* of the time, when someone is killed accidentally or spur of the momment out of anger, they do not pulled out the deceased teeth and cut off her fingers. To have the tools necessary to facilitate such actions is usually enough evidence to make the murder premeditated and thus a murder 1 charge is issued.
