The ratio will correct after u download. Its pretty fast. I downladed 4.5gb at 1.7MB/s

Wondering if you guys could help me. I just got on there and Dled like 5 gbs of movies and stuff but then realized my up speed is horrendous. Im getting like 0-2.2kbps up speed and its going to take forever to get back to 1:1. I tried partial speeding as well on something thats like 389:150 and its still so damn slow. I read the forums and heard about the wait times but isnt that only for downloading? :confused:

If your upload speed is that low, your best bet is to donate to the site for upload credits. Either that, or leave your computer seeding 24/7 for a while before downloading anything else.

What movies did you download? Did you make sure these weren't releases that have been out for a good few days already and nobody is really even leeching it anymore. Because if that's the case your fucked without buying some credit. Rev TT although a decent site has way too little users and if that movie has been leeched the shiet out of already then it's pretty much impossible to get a 1:1 out of it even if you leave it 24/7.

All is well. The partial seeding on Dirt 2 for 360 worked really well and im back to 0.6 and climbing vs 0.3 yesterday. Just gotta let it go for a while and yeah. I've learned my lesson and have to dl fresh things often and save up to DL sth big if it isnt popular.

Personally, I'd rather get a month of newsgroup/usenet access than donate for upload credit. At least you can max out your connection speed and not have to upload anything at all.

say i downloaded one file that's offered from 2 different priv tracker
i downloaded from tracker A and its 100% complete and now seeding to tracker A. How do i use this file and seed it to tracker B? (w/o downloading it from tracker B..so seeding to both A and B)

just download the tracker file and then hope it will recheck to be the same in utorrent or whatever you are using
thats how i do it

yeah download the .torrent from b and run it, if they really are the exact same it should tell you that you already have that torrent going and ask if you want to add the trackers.

and i just did portforwarding by changing to static ip on my computer for the router to open up to utorrent..does that make me more prone for hackers to see my stuff?
