FS or you come repair: Mame Arcade Cabinet

I bought this 3 years ago and it worked perfectly till I moved from New West to my place in Burnaby. It boots up fine and the monitor works till you fire up the mame emulator then the H-hold goes crazy (possibly a setup problem?) and the joysticks no longer work, but that's most likely a wiring issue. Most likely an easy fix if you're technically inclined (I'm not). Very cool toy, with a 26" monitor and 3000+ classic arcade games loaded on it. $500 takes it, or if you can come get it working 100% I'll give you $250 for your troubles.
