Places that make good sandwiches?

I'm just looking for any place that makes really good sandwiches. I've been to appledeli (underneath main st/scienceworld skytrain station) a few times and it's pretty good there. I used to love country style too but its gone now.. and its duffins there instead haha.

Just wondering if there are any other places I should check out. Any type of sandwich is fine as long as its good;)

In North Van there's the Galleria in Edgemont. Amazing sandwiches, but you have to get there before 12 since they always run out of bread.

Anyone tried burgoo sandwiches? Great with a soup,
Everyone loves the grilled cheese sandwich, but it's way heavy in butter and cheese but they are so droolworthy,

Is he open on weekends or just Mon-Fri?

Is the deli on Kingsway and Boundary with the same name just as good?
