ICBC Bodyshop

Hi guys,

I had an accident and took my car to Jim pattison chrysler autobody in surrey to get my car fixed and they did a horrible job fixing my car. I have been back like 7 times to get things fixed. The accident was 9 months ago and only this week I took off my bumper and realized they screwed up even more things so I took it back to the ICBC adjuster and he told me I have to go back to Jim Pattison and no other bodyshop. I told him everytime I go back there they screw up somehting else. He said well you chose the bodyshop so screw you and go back. IS there anything I can do to take my car to another bodyshop. I dont want Jim pattison to touch my car anymore is there anyone that can help me.

Thanks in advance.

File a BBB complaint against Jim pattison autobody

it seems highly strange for a body shop to not fix a problem after 7 attempts... you want to explain a bite more in detail as to what the problem(s) are? or how they continue to make it worse?

call ICBC and ask to speak to the MD Manager. Which ICBC location are you dealing with? I would assume it would be either Newton or Guilford?

Call ICBC and ask for Darcy Gorchynski...
