bubbling/rust

So theres some minor rust on my rear bumper right behind the mudflaps and a little bit of bubbling on the lower portion of my doors, How do i go about removing this?
Is it worth the money to go through all this painting etc or should i wait for it to get worse?
or maybe find a nice bodykit

My paintjob is fairly new so i don't really wanna repaint it again, but previous owner just sprayed over all the rust and bubbles......

if its pretty minor, just grind it off, fill it and sand it at home. Prep it nicely and use some rattlecan white, since its in an area most people dont look, and it doesn't seem like you want to spend a lot of money.

grind it to bear metal... use some anti corrosion spray or wipe and then prime then paint it.

Damn, lol thought of maybe doing an AE86 stripe down the side lol, maybe i'll use spraycan white and get ken to polish it till it's shiny XD

I think i just might have one lying around, that'll work fine for the bumper rust, but what about the doors? the bubbling is really quite minor, hmm... maybe

Grind it down to the bare metal, if you don't care about the shape and aren't planning on applying body filler, just put epoxy or spray it with an etch primer, then apply some colour.
