Anyone taking or has done Electrical and Computer technology engineering at BCIT?

So i'm starting this program this September. Has anyone taken this program before?

Much like any engineering program I'm assuming very heavy workload and lots of studying. But is there anything i should be watching out for? Like teachers to watch out for, or things i can do to do well in the program.

Any tips greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm actually a granduate from that program, haha, things will only get tougher on your 2nd year. I assumed you finished your first year which is general study? 2nd year in which you can choose your option and i think they have 4 choices. Telecom is usually what asian will choose, so you will see a lot of asians in that class. Courses are tough, especially telecommunications and micro-controller. It is a good thing that you check with the copy centre for previous tests, they can photocopy for you for cheap, it's on the 2nd floor beside great hall, u should know where it is :) let me know if you have quesions, i basically had no life on my last semester, just to make it through and granduate

im graduating this jan from the power option, im atucally done all my power courses, just had to finish up some lvl3 course...
like jony said, microcontroller is probly the hardest course, its better if you take that during summer, the instructor is really laid back for the summer.(class avg are ~80% compare to ~60% during fall/spring)
