what would u guys consider me???

5 9' 175-180lbs
size small- med t-shirts. sz 38 suit jacket. 31' waist.
bench, row, chinup, dip my own weight.

...compared to 3yrs ago, i was 150lbs, and sz 36 suit jacket, 29' waist
and could barely bench, row, chinup, dip my own weight.

in YOUR opinion, which body shape would you go with? My current, or from 3yrs ago?? and why?

Still hard to tell unless you post a pic or something.

Ask yourself if you're satisfied with your own body

healthy doesnt just mean how much u can bench or how long u can run. healthy consists of a good diet, getting enough sleep, and training right. most people can tell if they are out of shape it is not hard. 5'10 130 is pretty thin like most of the people said, i am like 5'7 150 lol...just make sure u have a clean diet....getting enough meals...5 spaced out smaller meals is recommended.

healthy = you are not sick, or are not putting your body at risk for diseases (higher fat percentage may lead to coronary heart disease, smoking lung cancer etc). just going to the gym 30 minutes a day light intensity and following canada's food guide is healthy

athlete is a whole different thing...
