Redaing between the lines, this guy is a nutbar...even listen to his own description. He was doing something that attracted Police attention and then plays roadside lawyer. If the Police have a legal reason for you to be identified, then you are required to do so...or you will be arrested and kept until such time as your identity is required for court purposes. Nobody knows what this guy was doing or what was going on, or had gone on before he was stopped. He will not tell you because it suits his portrayal as a victim of the Police. There are a number of these jerks who go around & try to get stopped so they can film the encounter, then edit and present it as the Police being wrong and they...ta-da! are right.

Wow, first off, in his video, he just proved why officers need id cause according to him, they identified him as someone else. I'd hate to have been that other person's family if the cops decided that they were gonna call to verify his identity. Also, it seems to me that he planned that whole thing so that he can video the officers. Also, when they said "who are you gonna vote for?", it was right after the dispatch told the officer that they have two people matching the name, and I thought she meant which one of the two are you gonna vote for, as in a sarcastic way of saying, "which one are you?". Sad thing too is that if he produced ID, he would have been well on his way. For me, every encounter so far with the police has been professional and courteous and I think those officers acted that way too. If it were me, I would have just wanted to throw him into the back seat and take him to the station. That's just my view of the guy of course. Love how he had audio but no video at the very beginning too.

Im sure they dont have "alot of time to blow", and this idiot wasted their valuable time. What if they were letting a wanted murderer go, and did not ID him?
