im returning the MDX to my mom in 2 months.. besides i liked the old bmw better even when mdx has 300hp. the bimmer felt way more nimble changing lanes and etc, but the lease was up so i had to return it. i think the bmw 05 e46 coupes looks better than the 06+ e92s, i've seen quite abit of subarus and a few bmw e90/e92s around the university, but havent seen a single e46 coupe.

haha btw when i returned the bmw there were so many things broken.. the right passenger side speaker broke, and the 1 click full open/close window stopped working (must hold on to the button until it closes) and the fog lights stopped turning on lol. i think they made it so things start breaking right at 3-4 yrs when warranty is done.

hmm just saw a 05 330ci on autotrader for 24.5k, then i checked some listings in vancouver, looks like it costs quite abit more for the same car in vancouver? like atleast 3k+ more

http://autotrader.ca/used_cars_Cars_...nnipegmanitoba

seems like most of the legacy GT and WRXs r around 17k - 21k range. UGH i know the better choice is prob the subaru but its so hard to choose when the bmw is only $2-3k more lol. how much should i expect in maintenance for the 330i in 1 year? (all maintenance was covered on the old 323i)

btw is the steering wheel on legacy gt and wrxs as heavy as the bmw? when i worked out i had probs turning the steering wheel on the bmw...

thumper 09-09-2009 06:41 AM

wrx is heavier than legacy, but dosen't have the feedback of a bmw.

have you test driven a subaru yet? the auto is just slow as hell to shift and the manual... well the clutch takeoff is touchy on the legacy (stalling off the line) and the shift action is not the best (dosen't feel nice compared to say an s2000).

audi a6... get a v6 and it's reliable, has quattro, which is better than x-drive or 4matic or whatever else there is. car is reliable, the v6 gets decent gas milege, lots of room inside, and its reliable... if you want something faster, go for the V8... 300+hp, AWD... great car. but of course this is revscene, so everyone will tell you to get a BMW or a subaru

Good game.

I only mentioned 2001.5 beause it's the last TT AWD S4.. most of the 'bugs' were ironed out in the final release.. Good luck finding a local unmolested one though!
