Have not been paid for 2+ months...

I quit my last job because i had to go back to school and my last day was on July.14th, 2009. I had a paycheck due on July 10th, 2009 already. Right now my previous employer owes me 2 paychecks and also the 4% vacation pay i believe? (correct me if im wrong). Anyways i have been very patient in giving him time to pay me and i am now very frustrated because the person who does the payroll is never actually present at the establishment. He seems to be currently avoiding payments to me and also the current employees there that i've talked to. So thing is i want to know, what can i do to settle this? i am thinking of going to the labour board but i am not familiar with this process. Some advice please thanks!

Man, go to labour board. Go go now. Dude, they'll have your money for you so quickly you'd be amazed.

If this is a cash-only job you may have some problems tho

labour board is your friend.

they will tell you to file a form by yourself with your employer giving them something liek 30 days to pay.

If they don't then the labour board will make them pay.
