U-Pass Question

Is it possible for the university to cancel a U-Pass once it's been issued to a student? Like receive one and drop all classes.

lol hmm.. i dont think so
either they just wont refund you for it
or maybe they do cancel it?
(but usually when you use it you dont even put it through the machine u just show it to the bus driver anyway)
r u planning on scamming a u-pass or sth? lol:P

^ like acyx says bus drivers usually dont even make u put it in the machine unless they're douchebags. Skytrain officers will just look at them. So you could probably do it.

But is it really worth it to drop all your courses? unless you're going to school somewhere else.. or already have other reasons not to go to school

When they check your fare they will only take a look at the picture and the expiry date. If they tell you to insert your UPass into the machine on the buses it will not work.

Unless Translink changed how its machines work this year, I've never had anyproblems inserting it on buses whatsoever.
