Bump stops are easily cut and if I am not mistaken not required in the Regs/inspection manual (please correct me there if I am wrong) but the point still stands...

The bump stops would only be required if they prevent any part of the lowered car being able to be lower than the rims. If you remove them & the vehicle sits that low, then they are required.

that is in no way vip. at all. no vip in their right mind would get in a car with obscenely sized and angled rims, tacky stickers, and parts missing. I can't believe this guy managed to ruin a lexus :(

If you're tampering with the factory ECU height settings and chopping your bump stops, you're now canceling out the approval that was granted in the original tested. It's the same thing in the end.
